LOS ANGELES: According to In Touch Teen Mom star Leah Messer (the divorced one) is actually pregnant again with her second set of twins. The gossip mag quotes a source as saying she’s ‘Hoping’ to turn her new twins into a new spin-off reality show for  a bigger pay-check.

Messer has not yet commented on the claims. Last week, her new boyfriend was seen on Facebook discussing how he had to turn his page private to protect the privacy of his girlfriend..

So this could be likely.
