According to The Mail Online, Yahoo’s 6-month term C.E.O Scott Thompson has decided to step down after his long-winded scandal broke that he had lied about receiving a computer science degree to have gained the job in the first place.
TMO notes that according to a source (via Reuters.com) Thompson’s replacement will be Yahoo’s media head Ross Levinshon.
All things D also notes that Yahoo will begin reassigning new board members this week.
